Where is Hotel Jalisco located?

Hotel Jalisco is located at Via Gorizia 33, 30016 Jesolo Lido (VE), in the western area of Jesolo, just 100 metres from the sea, between Piazza Marina and Piazza Nember.

What is a Slow Living Hotel?

A Slow Living Hotel like Hotel Jalisco promotes a slower, more mindful approach to travel, where guests can enjoy their holiday at their own pace, rediscovering authenticity and a genuine connection with the local area.

Why did Hotel Jalisco choose the Slow Living concept?

After 30 years as a family-run hotel, we chose the Slow Living concept to offer an alternative to fast-paced tourism, focusing on authenticity, a deeper connection with Jesolo, and the wellbeing of our guests.

Is the hotel quiet?

Yes. Hotel Jalisco is a peaceful hotel, designed for relaxation. We kindly ask our guests to respect quiet hours at night to ensure a calm and restful stay for everyone.

Who is Hotel Jalisco suitable for?

Hotel Jalisco is ideal for those looking for a relaxing, authentic holiday away from the crowds, couples, families, and travellers who love the sea, cycling, and a slower pace of life.
It is not suitable for guests seeking lively entertainment or nightlife.

Is Hotel Jalisco open all year round?

The hotel is open from May to September. For information about any special or extended openings, please contact us directly.

Are there smoking rooms?

No. All rooms and indoor areas of the hotel are non-smoking.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

What are the check-in and check-out times?

  • Check-in: from 12:00 to 18:00
  • Check-out: by 10:00

Late check-in or late check-out may be available on request and subject to a supplement. Please contact us to arrange your arrival in the best possible way.

Can I arrive outside these hours?

Cancellation conditions vary depending on the rate selected. You will receive all the detailed information at the time of booking.

ROOMS

What types of rooms do you offer?

We offer:

  • Single Rooms (1 guest)
  • Double Rooms (2 guests)
  • Triple Rooms (3 guests)
  • Quadruple Rooms (4 guests)
  • Family Rooms (2 adults + 2 children)

All rooms feature air conditioning, a private balcony, satellite TV, a safe, and a private bathroom with shower.

Can I have a fridge in the room?

Yes. An in-room fridge is available at a cost of €5 per night. Please request it at the time of booking or at reception.

Do you provide a baby cot?

Yes, a complimentary baby cot is available. Simply request it at the time of booking and let us know your child’s age.

RESTAURANT AND MEALS

What board options do you offer?

Hotel Jalisco offers half board, including breakfast and dinner. Lunch can be enjoyed at the “Il Ritrovo Lento” bar, with light lunches, snacks and salads available.

What is the name of the restaurant?

Our restaurant is called “Sorsi e Sapori” and serves authentic Mediterranean cuisine made with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Do you offer menus for coeliac guests and food intolerances?

Yes, we prepare specific menus for coeliac disease, lactose intolerance, and other dietary requirements. Please let us know at the time of booking.

Are there menus for children?

Yes, we offer children’s menus with simple, wholesome dishes. We also prepare baby meals according to parents’ instructions.

What kind of breakfast do you offer?

We serve a generous breakfast buffet with homemade croissants and pastries, fresh fruit, cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, yogurt, cereals, and hot drinks.

SWIMMING POOL

Is the swimming pool heated?

Yes, the pool is heated and maintained at a comfortable temperature from May to September.

What is the depth of the pool?

The pool has a variable depth from 30 cm to 195 cm, making it suitable for both children and adults.

Is there a whirlpool?

Yes, the pool features a whirlpool area.

Is the pool suitable for children?

Yes. The shallow section (from 30 to 70 cm) is safe and ideal for children.

BICYCLE HIRE

Is bicycle hire free?

Yes, bicycle hire is completely free for all guests. It includes adult bicycles and child seats.

Do I need to reserve a bicycle?

Yes, we recommend reserving your bike at reception to ensure availability.

Do you provide cycling route maps?

Yes. At reception you’ll find Jesolo Ambient Bike maps, with routes for all levels from the urban cycle paths to the trails of the northern lagoon.

Is there a secure bike storage area?

Yes, we offer a secure, covered bicycle storage area.

BEACH

Is the beach included in the price?

Yes, access to our private beach is completely free and included in the price of your stay. It includes a parasol, sun lounger and deckchair for each room.

How far is the beach?

The private beach is just 100 metres from the hotel, easily reachable on foot in a few minutes.

Is Jesolo’s sea safe for children?

Yes. Jesolo’s sea is known for its shallow seabed and calm waters, making it ideal for families with children. The beach has also been awarded the Blue Flag certification for water quality and services.

TRANSFER AND PARKING

Do you offer an airport transfer service?

Yes, we organise a transfer service from Venice Marco Polo Airport (40 km) and Treviso Canova Airport (35 km). Please contact us in advance to arrange the service.

Does Hotel Jalisco have parking?

Yes, Hotel Jalisco offers free private parking, reserved exclusively for guests, within the hotel grounds.

Is parking at Hotel Jalisco subject to a fee?

No, parking is completely free for all hotel guests.

Do I need to reserve a parking space at Hotel Jalisco?

No, parking is always available for guests and no reservation is required.

Is the parking area secure?

Yes, the parking area is located within the hotel property and is secure.

PETS

Do you accept pets?

Yes, we welcome small dogs with a supplement of €30 for the entire stay, regardless of its duration.

Do I need to inform you in advance if I’m bringing my dog?

Yes, please let us know at the time of booking, indicating your dog’s breed, size and approximate weight.

Are there dog-friendly beaches nearby?

Yes. In Jesolo there is a dedicated dog beach called Bau Bau Beach, located in Jesolo Lido Est, Via Oriente (beach access no. 32), near the mouth of the Piave River.
It is the only official dog beach in the area and is fully equipped to welcome guests travelling with their four-legged friends.

In some free areas of the coastline, dogs may be allowed only during specific periods or times, in accordance with current local regulations.

BAR AND SERVICES

What is the bar called?

Our bar is called “Il Ritrovo Lento” and offers coffee, ice creams, light lunches, aperitifs and drinks, with a poolside terrace.

Can I have lunch at the bar?

ìYes, at the bar you can enjoy snacks, salads, cold dishes and light lunchesì throughout the day.

Does the bar serve aperitifs?

Yes, we offer sunset aperitifs with cocktails, Spritz and wines on the poolside terrace.

OTHER SERVICES

Do you offer free Wi-Fi?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

Is there a relaxation lounge?

Yes, on the ground floor you’ll find a relaxation lounge with sofas and a 50-inch TV, always available to guests.

Do you have a terrace?

Yes, we have a spacious outdoor terrace, perfect for reading, relaxing or enjoying a drink.

Can I give a stay as a gift?

THINGS TO DO IN JESOLO

What is there to see near the hotel?

Nearby you’ll find:

  • Caribe Bay (water park), just 500 metres away
  • Jesolo Golf Club, 1 km from the hotel
  • Cycling routes towards the northern lagoon and villages such as Lio Piccolo
  • Venice, reachable by bike as far as Punta Sabbioni, then by ferry
  • The Parco Naturale del Sile
  • The Faro di Jesolo

Is Jesolo suitable for cycling tourism?

Yes. Jesolo is an ideal destination for cycling tourism, with around 150 km of cycle paths linking the sea to the lagoon, crossing natural landscapes and flat routes suitable for cyclists of all levels.
Bicycles can be hired directly at the hotel, and our staff is happy to provide route tips and itinerary suggestions, based on your time and level of experience.

Can I get around on foot as well as by bike?

Yes. The area around Hotel Jalisco is flat and well served by cycle paths and pedestrian routes. Many services, restaurants and points of interest are easily reachable on foot or by bicycle
