The voucher purchase contract is entered into with Hotel Jalisco – HJN SRL and is deemed concluded upon payment of the stated amount.
By purchasing a voucher, the customer accepts these general terms and conditions.
Vouchers may be purchased via the official Hotel Jalisco website and paid for by credit card or bank transfer.
Once payment has been completed, the voucher will be sent by email in digital format and can be printed by the customer.
Each voucher is marked with a unique identification code, which is required for redemption.
The customer is responsible for the proper safekeeping of the voucher. Hotel Jalisco cannot be held liable for any improper, fraudulent or unauthorised use of the voucher. In the event of loss, theft or damage to the voucher, no refund will be issued.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, either in full or in part.
If the total cost of the stay or services used is lower than the value of the voucher, a new voucher will be issued for the remaining balance.
The voucher may be used as a deposit or as full or partial payment for the stay, subject to prior booking and availability of the property. The use of the voucher is always subject to advance reservation.
Any tourist taxes, extras or services not included in the voucher must be paid directly at the hotel.Unless otherwise stated, vouchers cannot be combined with other offers, promotions or discounts.
Vouchers are transferable to third parties, unless otherwise specified on the voucher itself.
Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue and must be used within this period. Once the validity period has expired, the voucher can no longer be used or refunded.
During the validity period, services, packages or stay conditions may be subject to changes and/or may differ from those indicated at the time of voucher issuance.
Cancellation of the voucher may be requested within 14 days from the date of issue by submitting a written request to Hotel Jalisco.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if, within this period, the stay or services covered by the voucher have already been used in full or in part.
The voucher is valid only after full payment of the amount due has been received.
For any dispute, the Court of Venice shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by law.
